Overview:	The main character of this story, Hideo Nakamura, is a Biology teacher at Yorin private prep school. For the past 28 years, he has never really asked for much out of life. Suddenly one day, Hideo is hit with some hard news to swallow. The results of a physical exam that he took awhile ago come back, and he has stomach cancer. It seems he's only got a year left to live. This news makes Hideo change his life from the ordinary one that he has lived for 28 years. This story is the human drama about Hideo, and the decision to "really live his life to the fullest" after he is given the painful news that he doesn't have much time left.
