Overview:	Don "The Dragon" Wilson stars as Eric Phillips, a secret agent working as a guard for Senator Dilly (John Aprea), who is involved in a program developing the android Cyber Tracker, a manmade bounty hunter infused with a bloodhound's instincts--and a bad attitude. When Eric discovers that Dilly is corrupt, however, he finds himself not only on the run from Dilly's security chief, Ross (Richard Norton), but also from all the seemingly unstoppable Cyber Trackers!
