This movie appeared to go way back. But it had story. And story comes from the heart. I wish I could be in charge of restoring these Chinese classics since they are so important to me as a martial artist. I didn't care much for this movie. The story was all over the place and hard to follow at times. The [PanMedia DVD] video was dark and distorted as well. Classic kung fu movie, well directed and well acted by experts of the genre (Angela Mao, overall). The plot is simple, it just serves the purpose to show several fighting scenes, where the actors show an impressive ability. A great musical score (Chinese orchestra plus some western elements) underlines the drama. I have seen some great Angela Mao pictures. However, the action sequences in this particular movie leave a lot to be desired.
