Six months later the New York University, along with the Pan American Broadcasting Corporation, sent a search team in looking for the film makers. They could never have been prepared for what they found!!! Owing to the harrowing and graphic nature of the film, CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST has been banned in over 50 countries and has achieved a notoriety surpassed by no other horror movie. Paying compliment to Ruggero Deodato's masterpiece, other film makers have tried to imitate but all have failed. Better to be in the warm body of a friend than in a cold hole in the ground...
