| Plot: | Yoon is a successful hotel executive whose life is just taking off when he suffers a debilitating heart attack. He soon falls in love with his caregiver, Choi. But is their love destined to end in tragedy due to his heart condition?

| Overview: | Yoon Hyun-Seo (Ahn Jae-Wook) suffers from heart disease since he was a kid. After his biological parents left him, he went to America with his foster family. He becomes successful as a top manager of a hotel chain and his success is envied by many people. He is being assigned to Korea for business matters. But unexpectedly, he has a heart attack during the flight. Due to this situation, Choi Ryeong-In (Lee Bo-Yeong) started to take care of him and they fell in love with each other. However, Hyun-Seo does not realize that death is approaching him...
