| It is what you expect for the price you pay. Getting 10 movies, no matter what genre, in one pack for around a dollar a movie really should tell you something about the quality and the time and effort they put into the making of the discs. But I am a sucker for that one-in-a-million chance of running across a totally forgotten gem and paid my 12 bucks.
This is a ten pack of thoroughly average kung-fu from second and third tier companies. A couple are better than average and a couple are below, but the poor quality of all the movies does hamper even the decent ones. They are all VHS transfers with dub soundtracks which in a couple are rather amusing to hear a gaggle of Australian accented people in a kung-fu movie.
No great hidden gems, just 10 average kung-fu movies for 12 bucks. If you've watched everything else and are desperate for any kung-fu movie, these will do the trick. |
