Plot:	In his attempt to be the most powerful man in the world, Justin Taylor, the leader of The Ninja Army, has become a narcotics smuggler. But what happens when the C.I.A. operative chosen to eliminate him is revealed to be a close friend?
Overview:	In his attempt to be the most powerful man in the world, Justin Taylor, the leader of The Ninja Army, has become a narcotics smuggler. The D.E.A. and Hong Kong Police join forces with the C.I.A. to bring the ninjas down. Until the C.I.A. operative chosen for the task realizes that the man he must kill was his close friend during the last war. Torn between justice and loyalty, he has to make the most crucial decision of his life.
