CJ7 All Content Used With Permission. ![]() This movie wasn't what many people were expecting from mastermind Stephen Chow, and that is probably why I found it to be very interesting and a fun movie. Obviously, this film is made for families and is a very entertaining movie for everyone to watch together. The "Kung Fu Hustle" and "Shaolin Soccer" references made my stomach ache from laughing, and it has its moments. I loved it, and if you're into family films, give this one a check. Don't go in expecting another "Kung Fu Hustle". ![]() Oh dear, a Stephen Chow film that *SHOCK* doesn't actually star Chow himself as such. He's pretty much a supporting part to that of Dicky, his character's son. Maybe that's why it didn't go down so well in Asia. But to be honest, this is an extremely well made and heartfelt movie with something for everyone. Any age range could watch it, with only the language barrier being an obstacle for some. Check it out, it's funny and moving at the same time. ![]()
