ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
From the producers of Il Mare (the acclaimed film later adapted into The Lake House) and Peppermint Candy, My Beautiful Days (AKA 24) follows the aimless life of 24-year-old Joon (Kim Hyun Sung, Resurrection of the Little Match Girl). Spending his days directing traffic and his nights at a dry cleaner, Joon struggles to find purpose in his mundane life. Unable to get a grip on anything he’s doing, he becomes romantically involved with three very different women.
With outstanding performances from its cast, My Beautiful Days is a low-key reflection of missed opportunities and what it means to be 24. |
