ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
A group of drug running freedom fighters kidnapped a busload of tourists in the Philippines and is threatening to kill them all if their demands are not met. The U.S. government deploys a trio of specialist soldiers trained in anti-terrorist tactics are called in. They are led by Spike Shinobi along with his crew and devises a plan to free the hostages.
