| For me at least this was an entertaining low budget adventure. It is a mixture of spaghetti westerns, cheese, late eighties and early nineties straight-to-video action flicks, early MTV pop/disco with updated but bad special effects, and lastly extra-cheese!
Main star and choreographer Marko Zaror has some nice moves! For his first starring role I thought he did a good job. Even Jean Claude Van Damme shouted "No Retreat No Surrender" before he moved on to better screen projects. The plot has many holes and the pacing is slow at first, but there is a certain charm as you learn the crux of the story through flashbacks from Zammy (Zaror), and the villain of the story, Max Alba. Not an action extravaganza, but if you take into account the total package, you might like it.
Where else can you see a beautiful Korean schoolgirl, a dwarf leading a secret sect, a cane-wielding villain, and some good bad acting? |

 | | | | A fine low budget martial arts film from Spain. The movie is intriguing though it is a little slow. But it's still great because a lot of hard work was put into this small movie. The last action scene was done well. The movie is for people who want to see the same thing, but in a way we have not seen before. "Kiltro" does just that. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | I was a bit disappointed with the film because of its lack of action, since most of the film revolves around a weak story, poor scipt, and okay acting. The 3D was also very corny. However, the fight scene in the alleyway was very good. It's worth a look since the man has potential. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

| Corny. There was cheese. It was garbage. Thankfully for me it was my kind of garbage. To really dig it you kind of have to see past a lot of things. Ignore the sad acting and very generic plot. Disregard the fact that the CGI blood looks like animated bubblegum. If you can manage to suspend your disbelief or you are into things like comic books, anime or kung fu movies then this might be a fun little flick for you as well. The action had good flair and there was definitely some memorable kills. Marko Zaror is a pretty slick cat. Homeboy has got some superb kicking skills. There were a few slow points in the movie and it could have used perhaps a couple more fight scenes seeing as how it was not quite as battle-rific as say "Tom Yum Goong","Ong Bak" or "Contour". A few more fights might have raised my rating for it but I still dug it none-the-less. For anyone willing to give this oddity a try I say go for it and beware of Korean schoolgirls. This is Bastard Ronin reminding you to enjoy your weekend even if it is at another's expense. Now here's Tom with the weather... |

 | | | | Another low budget kung fu flick--nowadays everyone is making those $5,000 kung fu movies. Good performances, those guys got skills, all they need is the budget to make it big. If you like "Contour", you will like this, but don't expect the same level as "Contour". | | AGREE? | READER COMMENTS | AUTHOR | | Y | I did like this in a cheesy sort of way. | Sgt.
