Ok Stephen Chow movie, pretty funny. Not one of my favorite Brigitte Lin movies though.
Like its hilarious predecessor "ROYAL TRAMP", "ROYAL TRAMP 2" is the continuing story of our favorite comedic hero Wei (Stephen Chow) who once again must save the emperor's throne from three evil clans, or are they? One is a monk-like villain who controls his soldiers via strings and attacks with killer rings. Another is an evil nun who leads a group of women revolutionaries, and the last one is an evil queen out to finish the job she had started.
Whether you loved the first one or not, this movie holds its own regard for lush visuals, kinetic special effects, jaw-dropping martial arts action. And of course Stephen's comedic artistry. The cast is wonderful as well, Brigitte Lin, Michelle Reis, Chingmy Yau, and a brief cameo by Sharla Cheung Man. A definite sequel, & a true Stephen Chow classic!!! Highly Recommended!!!
