Plot:	In this sequel, loosely based on the same story by Jin Yong as Royal Tramp I, Stephen Chow finds himself targetted for termination when three rival grops vie for control of the dragon throne.
Overview:	Stephen Chow Sing-Chi, the Jim Carrey of Asia, is back as the luckless layabout, knee-deep in the palace intrigues of the Chinese emperor. In this sequel, loosely based on the same story by Jin Yong as Royal Tramp I, Chiau finds himself targetted for termination when three rival grops vie for control of the dragon throne. As the swords and spears fly, our underdog hero uses his fast feet and deadpan delivery to stay one step ahead of danger. Chingmy Yau co-stars as the cute sister of the Emperor and the evil queen is back, this time played by Brigette Lin.
