Flower And Snake 2: Sketch Of Hell All Content Used With Permission. ![]() The acting was great. The storyline was interesting and captivating. After watching I decided I needed to see the complete series. ![]() Not bad. Wasn't as good as the "Flower And Snake" films with Aya Sugimoto. ![]() Excellent exploitation film! The action is for real, the lead actress is pretty hot, the story and setting are enough to keep the movie moving, and the exploitation content will leave you all excited. What more could you expect? ![]() Not the best of the "Flower And Snake" franchise but still pretty cool. ![]() There seem to be basic similarities in the "Flower and Snake" series from the '70s and '80s. First there is a woman, Shizuko, who may have a step-daughter involved along with her. Then there is her husband who leaves on a trip or something, and has his driver take care of the wife. Then there is an abduction by yakuzas with extortion or revenge in mind. What happens to Shizuko in the yakuzas' hands varies with the movies, but suffice it to say, she is bound and degraded with little left to the imagination. While this version is okay, I liked the "Rope Magic" version better for its contents.
