Plot:	Ex-DEA agent John Hatcher (Seagal) returns to his hometown to discover that drugs have infiltrated his old neighborhood. Determined to drive the dealers out, Hatcher crosses paths with a ferocious Jamaican druglord who targets Hatcher and his family.
