ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
"With money, even ghosts can be made to push grindstone".
This Chinese saying accurately describes how Chien Tung uses his riches to get his evil ways. And what he can't buy, he uses force to get. Only one man does not bow to Chien's money or fists: fighter Chuang Yen. He lives in the countryside operating a small clinic to help the poor. Aiding him are his daughter and two servants, who also study kung fu from him.
Fearing a threat to his rule, Chien Tung hires a renowned champion fighter, Hung Ying, to eliminate Chuang Yen. First they set about to frame Chuang's student to thin out the problem. One disciple is accused of rape and kills himself to avoid disgracing his master.
Chuang and the remaining students flee and it is then he teaches them the high level Inferred Fist Boxing Style to counter Chien and his cronies.
