The premise here of a "snuff film" made by a serial killer of his victim(s) is pretty interesting and the "acting" by the doomed heroine of the piece is convincing in a low key way, but the shakey handheld camera and underlit scenes got annoying to the point that you just want the flick to be over. I bought this movie thinking it would be an Asian exploitation film. The actors in it are not Asian and there is no exploitation. In fact nothing at all happens in the film. There are no rapes, no naked women, and no exploitation. It's like someone took a home video camera and fooled around for a few minutes. It is not worth watching.
