Plot:	Is Shinichi going to surrender? Or will he remember the pleasure of car battle?
Overview:	Being street driver no longer meant anything to Shinichi Minami, the driver of Silvia13. In the meantime, Yuichiro Azuma, a Camaro driver, appears in front of Shinichi.
