This is a fantastic drama! A beautiful woman on the path of revenge! I have to order the other films in this series.

It always impresses me to see a film made in the 60's or earlier to have such good production values. "Ohyaku" is played out sensually--that was ahead of it's time, well at least before the emergence of the 'pink' cinema with its cheaper skin shows.

The LEGENDS OF THE POISONOUS SEDUCTRESS series is awesome, and Junko Miyazono is hotter than sin! Female Demon Ohyaku is the first in the 3 film series. The odd thing about the series is that each film is not related to the other films. They all can stand alone individually. So, it's not really a 3-part series. But, all 3 films are excellent, with the 3rd, Okatsu The Fugitive, being the best.

The first of a three-part series of films, and it is a classic early Japanese film on par with the likes of "Lady Snowblood".

It is a 60's style movie, which is so outdated today, and the acting does leave a lot to be desired.
