Overview:	Snuff is the film that sparked the urban legend of the "Snuff" film, and one of the most legendary grindhouse films. Originally called "Slaughter", the new name came about when one of the original distributors added new scenes to the film that supposedly showed a woman being murdered by the film crew. Gaining new status, Snuff strongly inspired contemporary directors such as Eli Roth and Quentin Tarantino.
