The DVD I saw was distributed by BCI/Eclipse, previously known as Brentwood, and now out of business. It looks as though it might be the same as the version distributed by Rarescope (a previous, UK-based distributor, also oob I think)--there's info on the web that suggests Brentwood/BCI bought (some of) the titles Rarescope had rights to.

It's clearly made from a worn print. The color is very faded and there are lots of speckles, especially at the beginning. There are Chinese & English subtitles but the image has been cropped at top & bottom to make it pseudo-letterboxed, cutting off some subtitles either wholly or in part. In some cases new subs have been added to the DVD to replace them. Where not augmented, the subtitles are frequently difficult to read (white subs against light/white costumes or background).
