Plot:	As Pao and Mao go together, troubles and laughers are stirred up.
Overview:	Pao is a poor lawyer who has never won in litigation. He is a righteous guy but his unstable character brings him under disciplinary investigation, during which he meets a beautiful doctor, Cheng. However, since Cheng often deposes against Pao, misunderstanding and conflict grow between the two. On the other hand, Susan, an aerobic dancing instructor, has a deep passion for Pao for a long time and this makes Mao feel jealous and determine to go against him. As Pao and Mao go together, troubles and laughers are stirred up.
