Overview:	A super criminal escapes to the past in an attempt to kill the judge who gave him the death sentence before he gets a chance to become a judge. What better time than when he's in high school? The Future cops are also sent back in time to protect the judge in his youth and recapture the criminal and his gang. The "future cops" and the criminals are characters out of the arcade game "Street Fighter II".
