Overview:	Stationed at a remote government outpost high in the mountains, low-ranking officer Yangchuan Wang finds his day-to-day routine turned upside down with the arrival of a newly-arrested criminal, whom he recognizes as a formerly well-known inspector. Soon their mutual history of political backstabbing and ruthless ambition surfaces again, with past and present colliding in an outrageous and hilarious explosion of martial arts mayhem, illicit black magic, ruthless barbarians, a disastrous flood, sweeping romance, and the mysterious, unstoppable "Three Points Red" assassin!
