Plot:	After finding his wife with another man, Johnny wanders off into the night--but leaves his gun. When the wife is murdered with his forgotten weapon, he is the prime suspect for her death; and he must now evade police, find the killer, and clear his name.
Overview:	Tamed by a brunette. Framed by a blonde. Blamed by the cops! In this collaboration between Hollywood legend Alan Ladd and the gorgeous Veronica Lake, Johnny Morrison (Ladd) returns home from the war to find his wife kissing the owner of the Blue Dahlia nightclub, Eddie Harwood. Angry, Johnny wanders off into the night--but leaves his gun. When his ex-wife is murdered with his forgotten weapon, he is the prime suspect for her death. Morrison must now struggle to evade police, find his wife's killer, and clear his name. Directed by George Marshall and penned by none other than Raymond Chandler, "The Blue Dahlia" showcases film noir at its best: murder, deception, sex, and crime.
