| Plot: | Tom is a man's man. But he's forced to become a drag queen after going bankrupt and applying for a job at a women's magazine--a job that the editor insists can only be filled by a woman or a gay man.

Tom is a typical macho--he writes for a car magazine, he loves football, his buddies, beer, and of course women. Basically in love with himself, he enjoys the sunny side of life, until he crashes a brand new Maserati on a test drive when his gorgeous passenger Irona becomes a bit too amorous and causes him to lose control of the vehicle. He gets fired, his girlfriend Manu leaves him, and Tom has to file for unemployment.
Ultimately, he has no choice but to apply for a position at a women's magazine. But Gross, the editor in chief, a devout macho himself, only hires women and gay men. So Tom squeezes himself into women's clothing, delivers a performance worthy of a drag queen, and gets the job. His new colleagues are frustrated single Babette, the actually gay Chris, and the beautiful Andrea.
Unfortunately Tom has problems containing his former self, Chris is giving him more attention than he would like, and he himself falls head over heels in love with Andrea...
