ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
John Baxtar (Donald Sutherland), an architect and her wife, Laura (Julie Chrisite) go to Venice for a "working holiday" in Venice where John gets a job to restore an ancient church there. The couple hope to ease the grief of losing their beloved daughther in a new place. There they encounter two old sisters who claim that they have connection with their dead daughter. Laura is obsessed with them and John suspects the two sisters' attempt of deceit. However,not long later, he himself also witnesses the vision of a child-like figure wearing red raincoat and the image haunts him since then...Such psychic disturbance of the couples eventually leads to a tragic, horrifying end... |
