Early Jimmy Wang Yu movie. Good cast and great Shaw sets. The Red Lotus Temple is loaded of traps (similar to those in "The House of Traps"). The fight scenes are a little bit slow. Too choreographed. The storyline is alright and overall this movie is worth watching. Jimmy Wang Yu's subsequent Shaw movies ("The Assassin", "The Invincible Trio", "One-Armed Swordsman", "Trail of the Broken Blade") are much better though.
