Plot:	Myeong-Ho and Bu-Nam are virtual opposites. One overeats and leads a life of excess; the other is malnurished and lives a simple life. Overview:	On a Saturday afternoon in Busan after the Korean War, Dr. Kim at Dong-Myeong Hospital is about to go out to meet Mr. Hong when Bu-Nam (Yang Hun) comes to see the doctor. An eldest son of a wealthy family, Bu-Nam often comes to see doctors for his gastric dilation since he eats too well. Next, Myeong-Ho (Hwang Hae), a middle school teacher, comes in to see a doctor, he has gastric stenosis due to starvation. Dr. Kim prescribes these two college buddies to change live with one another for two weeks. Hearing that the changing lives can cure their illnesses, these two friends promise to exchange homes for two weeks after departing from the Young-Do Bridge in Busan.
