Plot:	Newcomer Takahiro wants to make it as a street racer and become the new speed record holder, but the previous two record-holders strive to keep their records. So it's a battle between three racers to become the best there is on four wheels...
Overview:	Explosive high-speed street racing will scorch your screen! The top speed record is the ultimate goal for a street racer to achieve. The current speed record is held by Junichi. Newcomer Takahiro wants to make it as a street racer and become the new speed record holder, but both Junichi and Sawaki strive to keep or obtain the record. So it's a battle between three racers to become the best there is on four wheels...RS vs. 300ZX and 300ZX vs. GT-R. The film was shot on the actual Megalopolis Expressway in Tokyo. The car spinning on the expressway is the most dangerous car stunt ever completed in Japanese film history. You won't be able to avert your eyes from all the non-stop action.
