ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
Based on the best-seller comic, "Honey And Clover" is a romantic comedy that takes place at Hama Art College. Yuta Takemoto has no idea what he wants to do with his life, but when Hagu enrolls at the college, Takemoto instantly falls in love with her at first sight. Morita, an eccentric genius and a rootless wanderer, who has returned to the college after a long break, also falls for Hagumi immediately.
Meanwhile, Mayama is obsessed with the architect Rika, but Rika still cannot rid herself of memories of her lost husband. Mayama's classmate Ayumi has a crush of her own on Mayama. While struggling together to create uncontrived art, a complicated love triangle forms between them.
