The street smart women each have their own unique story : Stella (Sharon Cuneta) dreams of a better job to be able to get back custody of her young son (Julio Pacheo) ; Doray (Hilda Koronel) now a bit player whose life now revolves around her glory days of her 'B' movie career ; and naive, religious Choleng (Angel Aquino) cannot resist the sexual advances of her friend's husband.
