Overview:	Geophysicist Dr. Tadokoro and his assistants have discovered abnormal fragmentations and currents under the open sea of Izu. Data exists to show that the islands of Japan will submerge into the sea within two years. The Japanese government was skeptical at first, but then devised a last-resort evacuation plan. However, the destruction was beyond even Dr. Tadokoro's estimation! Now, tremendous earthquakes are occurring all over Japan, and extinct volcanoes are becoming active again; and Japan's last-resort evacuation plan is put into effect.
