 | | | | Mmm, I bought this recently to fill a hole in my "video nasties" collection (it is the uncut version of "Gestapo's Last Orgy", an infamous UK video tape from the early 80s, after all), but what I found was an incomprehensible mess of a film that, for me, was hard to watch all the way through. Not because of the gore, or violence--not at all. More because the opening scenes make little or no sense, the acting is extremely low grade, and the sex and gore are pretty pathetic.
I fell asleep while watching it, which is something I rarely, if ever, do when I sit down to view a DVD.
On the plus side: what this films does have is: bucketloads of grindhouse atmosphere, authentic(ish) costumes, and a few fairly grand set pieces. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | One of the best and most shocking of the "Ilsa" (or "Salo") imitators. Not as shocking as either of those two and not as polished as "Salo", but this provides the exploitation goods without crossing the line like "Salo" does in its "Circle Of Shit" middle section. This has a better plot, production values, and acting than most of the other Nazisploitation pics that boomed from 1976-1977. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | This is probably the best of the Italian German prison camp movies made in the 1970's. It had the highest budget and the best acting and plot (relatively speaking). A German officer becomes obsessed with one of the prisoners and does anything he can to break her to his will. The girls are beautiful and there is a lot of nudity, but the film is so nasty, violent and realistic that there is nothing stimulating or erotic. For fans of this genre though it is a must see. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | Another movie in the Nazisploitation genre. If you've seen one of these movies, you've pretty much seen this one. The Nazi's are evil. They do evil things to poor, defenseless people-namely the Jewish race. Rape, torture, lies, deceit and ultimately death. There is one thing that's different, but I won't give that away. It's not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination but enjoyable nonetheless. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |
