Plot:	"Eight Styles and Eight Palms" takes the shape of eight animals, containing swallow, eagle, bear, monkey, dragon, snake, tiger and horse. It is a good for teaching material which is demonstrated by Wu Shijun who practices it with special style.
Overview:	The basic route of Ba Gua Zhang (Eight Diagrams Palm) includes Old Eight Palms, then "Interlinked Eight Palms", "Panlong Eight Palms" andsoon. "Eight Styles and Eight Palms" is one of them. It takes the shape of eight animals, containing swallow, eagle, bear, monkey, dragon, snake, tiger and horse. And integrated with the position of Eight Diagrams, it is called "Operation of Yin and Yang" to practice the fist vividly. The fist has some rules be same as the Eight Diagrams Palm and still with the characters of the Xingyi quan.
