Tiger Cage 2 All Content Used With Permission. ![]() Great Donnie Yen action as usual, but this is an older flick and not as sophisticated as his later movies where he's improved a great deal. If you keep that in mind you'll like this a lot. -Johnnie Freeze (see my profile) ![]() ![]() Great action. Donnie's fight with Salvitti is not to be missed. I think the movie could have done without Cynthia Kahn, her role seemed to be just thrown in. Robin Shou was great in his acting and his action scenes. ![]() Three words: Chainsaw Boss Fight. I think this was the first Donnie Yen movie I ever watched, and it holds a special spot in my collection because of this. ![]() ![]() Good action, great Donnie Yen film, not a lot of fights, but what's in it is hardcore and brutal. Must-see Donnie fun! ![]() I saw this movie years ago on video, so I already loved this movie. This is without a doubt one of Donnie Yen's BEST movies. I fell in love with this film the first time and after watching it again on a great DVD transfer I fell in love with it all over again! ...The fight choreography is AMAZING and will blow you away! ![]() ![]() This movie is only good for the fights at the last 20 minutes of the movie. I thought In The Line Of Duty 4 was a better film overall, but there's no stopping you to get this action packed movie. If you love kickboxing, taekwondo, and Chinese kung fu, you will love this movie for the fights, so go and get it now! ![]() This is the best modern film on DVD (action all the way). It is very unfortunate that it hasn't yet been released on a Cantonese version, wich is actually the original [language]. (A shame.) -Jar Jar Binks AHa since someone has already laid the plot of this movie, no need to get into details. This is one of the best movies ever made (no nonsense kind of movie). It's also a cousin to "In The Line of Duty 4" (same director and almost the same cast). It kept me on toes all the way. An excellent movie that was and it made me start collecting all Donnie Yen's movies. -Natty ![]()
Funny (unintentional) story about money laundering with a cop (Donnie Yen) and a lawyer (Rosemund Kwan) involved. Donnie and Rosemund get involved with a robbery in which the money gets lost. Both the bad guys and the cops think they have the money. Wo Ping directs this actioner and the martial arts mayhem is incredible. Fights throughout the film with Rosemund in most of them (she is incredibly beautiful). If you don't recognize her name, she is Aunt 13 in the Once Upon A Time In China series. The bad guys are played by Michael Woods (Big African American who does wrestling moves), a white guy (don't know his name) that had this great fight with Donnie with katanas, and Robin Shou from Mortal Kombat. If you thought he was great in the Mortal Kombat movies, you should see him in this movie. Of course, you get Robin vs. Donnie in the end fight.
