Very interesting twist on two separate horror tropes: the female revenge a la "Carrie" trope, and the "Frankenstein creates monster" trope that are combined into one. My favorite thing about it was that Frankenstein didn't create the fetching young lass for revenge, she took the revenge on her own against the oafish young men. It does take too long to get the movie rolling, but once it does, it takes the movie in a new and different direction. Not the best Hammer Frankenstein movie but definitely better than most.
