| Overview: | Tough DEA man Mike Ryan (Gary Daniels, "Deadly Target") puts his faith in his fists and takes the law into his own hands when his partner (Matt Craven, "Crimson Tide") is brutally killed by a rebellious underworld gang leader. But taking his revenge on the dangerous Victor Chow (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, "Mortal Kombat") will take Ryan past the safe confines of the law—and plunge him headlong into the explosive double-dealing world of the Chinese underground. Now, with the help of a mysterious beauty (Julia Nickson, "Rambo: First Blood, Part II") and an uneasy alliance with Chow's superiors, Ryan will race against the clock to stop the renegade killer once and for all in this blistering martial arts spectacular.
