Plot:	When a group of tourists is kidnapped by a band of murderous terrorists led by drug tycoon Alby. The U.S. government deploys their DART team, a top-level task force specifically trained in anti-terrorist tactics, led by Spike Shinobi (Sho Kosugi).
Overview:	A group of tourists, including a U.S. congressman, is kidnapped by a band of murderous terrorists led by drug tycoon Alby. They demand the release of a dangerous criminal as well as the deportation of all drug enforcement officers in the Philippines. If their demand is not met, the innocent tourists will die, with the congressman being the first to go. The U.S. government deploys their DART team, a top-level task force specifically trained in anti-terrorist tactics. They are led by Spike Shinobi (Sho Kosugi), who, along with his crew, devises a plan to free the hostages.
