The warden of the jail is a psychopathic sadomasochist, who takes perverse pleasure in the pain of others. The prison nurse, an insane sexually obsessed lesbian, uses the inmates for her own deviant pleasures. Pushed to the limit, four young girls break out, killing anyone who gets in their way.
