 | | We feel this set offers the best presentation of these films on DVD so far. The DVDs feature the same remastered transfers and bonus features as their Dutch "VIP" counterparts, with the addition of English subtitles, making them the definitive releases of these films. Even the audio commentary on "Jack The Ripper" has English subtitles. The only thing these DVDs are lacking compared to the "VIP" versions are the optional French audio tracks. So you can decide for yourself whether you'd rather have optional French audio or English subtitles. For us, subtitles get the vote. |
