Plot:	In 1960's Hong Kong, two friends grow up to rule the streets of Kowloon, but from opposite sides of the law. Ho is a Triad leader while Lok is a police officer. When Internal Affairs investigates them, the turmoil that follows only strengthens their bond.
Overview:	The setting is 1960's Hong Kong. Two friends grow up to rule the mean streets of Kowloon City, but from opposite sides of the law. Ho (Lau Ching Wan) is a powerful Triad leader while Lok (Francis Ng) is a senior police officer. When the Independent Commission Against Corruption is set up, both Ho and Lok come under investigation.
