ALTERNATE SYNOPSIS:
A professional crime organization, led by Cheung Ge Ho, who is smart, intelligent, and tough, successfully kidnaps the son of a famous billionaire and collects a huge amount of ransom. Moreover, Cheung joins forces with the most dangerous fugitive, Cyclone, and kidnaps another well-known billionaire successfully. The cops can do nothing against them. Accidentally, Cyclone is arrested by the police. In order to rescue Cyclone, Cheung plans to kidnap the chief official of the government as hostage.
