Very good movie, nice action.
Epic type movie. Interesting storyline of a family clan who does not hesitate to go to war without the support of their government. Great cast and plenty of hotties who know how to fight! Plenty of good action, most of it in group fights. Lisa Lu is great as the Grand Dame. Beautiful Shaw sets. Lily Ho and Ivy Ling Po are outstanding. Lo Lieh and Tin Fung are great as evil villains. Overall, an excellent action/martial arts movie.

It's got plenty of action and the story is good! The film has a very epic feel like "The Heroic Ones"!

One of the better women warriors films I have seen. Great cast, good storyline, good action sequences.
14 Amazons greatly exceeded my expectations, director Ching Gong manages a near perfect balance of drama, narrative and action. I won't bother with a description of the plot - it's sufficient to say that 14 Amazons plays like a wuxia version of the Dirty Dozen or Kelly's Heroes with our heroines deep behind enemy lines fighting for survival.... and of course vengeance! The first section of the film is largely given over to plot and character development but once the action starts it comes thick and fast - the final showdown with those evil Mongols includes some of the best fight choreography I've seen from a wuxia film from this period.
A great cast, a rousing soundtrack, spectacular locations, some vicious swordplay and a great story make 14 Amazons well worth a look!
