Plot:	An ex-Marine colonel with ESP (Cameron Mitchell, "The Toolbox Murders") is enlisted to find a young girl who was abducted and murdered by an elusive killer. Soon, random people are being stalked, terrorized, and murdered.
Overview:	Cameron Mitchell plays a psychic detective on the case of an abducted girl, when he uncovers a series of bizarre murders and unexplained stalkings by an unidentified man with no apparent motives. Random people are terrorized by the misshapen and deformed malevolent man who brings their worst fears to life.
