A great romantic movie about love, loss and letting go. Andy Lau plays Ko, a doctor who puts his work before his wife (Charlene Choi). When she is killed in a car accident, her heart is donated to save another woman, Yuen-Sam (Charlie Yeung), who coincidentally has a troubled relationship with her boyfriend, Derek, who looks identical to Ko. Though even with the new heart, Yuen-Sam is still going to die, so Ko decides to give the attention that he never showed was able to give his wife.
