After watching "Girl Boss Guerilla" first, "Terrifying Girls' High School" fails to reach the same levels. It's entertaining in bits, but fails altogether. There are some genuinely interesting moments, but then sags, lets you look at girls in school-girl outfits without feeling guilty because they're older than high school girls, then more girl on girl violence. There's some plot to move things along but feels like excuses for different types of torture to occur, such lightbulbs and binge water drinking.
