Plot:	Inspector Fu is a corrupt cop. He is charged by the ICAC; but before his trial he escapes to Mainland China , where he joins a criminal gang and becomes the number one wanted criminal in the country...
Overview:	Inspector Fu is a corrupt cop. He is charged by the ICAC and escapes when he is sent to court. He flees to Mainland China, where he joins a criminal gang and becomes the number one wanted criminal in the country. Two female detectives, Sonia and Hung, are sent to China to investigate Fu's case. Meanwhile, two young men who were framed by Fu years ago, are also in China; they decide to take their revenge. Fu locks the four inside a building and is about to kill all of them. But then the Chinese cops arrive...
