 | | | | Okay but underwhelming kung-fu movie that tried too hard to emulate the European '50s and '60s comic book characters like Diabolick and Kilink. Those two morally ambiguous super thieves, and to some extent my favorite thief, Lupin III, are a much closer comparison to the Lizard than a Batman--albeit when he is just the bumbling stuttering cop Yueh Hua reminded me some of Clark Kent. I think in their attempt to emulate the very popular European comic book anti-heroes they affected the movie because they took their eye off what it should have been about: kung-fu. Not bad, but could have been a lot better. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | This was not the best movie in kung fu action, but I loved the story. Another good Lo Lieh movie. It's worth the Saturday DVD night. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | If you like the "punch and block" era of kung fu, this movie isn't bad. But if you are looking for great choreography, look somewhere else. | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |

 | | | | A very good Chor Yuen-directed feature that was very entertaining. Lo Lieh was excellent as always as the villain. Yueh Hua's portral as the title character and a bumbling police officer was also excellent. There was a good balance of action and comedy plus the lovely Connie Chan-Po Chu. She was outstanding as the tough yet beautiful leading lady who has a crush on our hero the Lizard! | | LOG IN TO COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW! |
