Plot:	Written and directed by renowned director Yi Wen, the film portrays a coincidental encounter of a rich man's son and a storekeeper's daughter with the cause of an advertisement painting.
Overview:	Following her award-winning performance in Her Tender Heart and All in the Family, Lucilla You Min demonstrated her simple, lively and tender beauty in Happily Ever After. Written and directed by renowned director Yi Wen, the film portrayed a coincidental encounter of a rich man's son and a storekeeper's daughter with the cause of an advertisement painting. Happily Ever After was Lucilla's first co-operation with Roy Chiao in the lead, something very different from what her fans might have expected. Hsieh Chia-hua, a winner of Miss Shanghai beauty pageant in the 1940s, also made a glamorous appearance in the film as Roy Chiao's fiance.
